DPL
U13-U19 GIRLS
IFA’s DPL League program, based in our West Region, is dedicated to helping young female athletes thrive through elite-level opportunities. As a high-standard, competition-focused league, it offers a platform for players to showcase their talent, pursue college pathways, and be part of a strong, supportive soccer culture.
Athletes train three times a week under top-tier coaching, compete in the Northeast Conference with a professional match-day experience, and gain exposure at major college showcases. At IFA New England, the DPL program is built to challenge, inspire, and develop players - ensuring growth is earned through hard work and commitment.
NATIONAL ACADEMY LEAGUE
U13-U19 BOYS AND GIRLS
The National Academy League offers players a highly competitive development environment! Our NAL Program operates teams out of Western and Eastern MA.
This highly competitive environment offers our girls a chance to compete against many of the strongest teams in New England. Like our EDS teams, teams will have access to advanced player technology, including recordings of every match and training session.
Our NAL Girls teams practice 3-4 times per week and will attend a number of high level tournaments throughout the season. Through our acceptance into the NAL, we will have access to both regional and national NAL events.
ELITE DEVELOPMENT SQUADS (EDS)
IFA EDS teams are built for motivated players with the skill and ambition to compete at a high level of youth soccer while experiencing a true travel soccer environment. Our EDS teams currently operate in four primary regions: EDS North, South, Central, and West.
These teams compete in national-level tournaments as well as the New England EDP division of the USYS National League. Each EDS team also aims to qualify annually for both the MYSA State Cup and the USYS Eastern Regional Championships.
For players U15 and older, the EDS program includes travel along the East Coast to attend some of the nation’s most prestigious college showcase tournaments — providing critical exposure and helping players take the next step toward their collegiate goals.
U11-U19 GIRLS
REGIONAL TEAMS
U8-U18 BOYS AND GIRLS
From U8–U18, players across each IFA region can compete on Regional teams — the foundation of our developmental pathway. These teams offer a competitive and supportive environment focused on player growth, local league play, and selective tournament experiences.
Starting at U12, top-performing players may be selected to join our EDS program, which offers higher-level training, competition, and exposure opportunities.
Regional teams emphasize strong technical development, teamwork, and long-term progression — helping players build the skills and mindset to advance within the IFA system.
FUTURES
IFA’s Futures program introduces young players to the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, player-focused environment. Led by senior coaches, each session emphasizes enjoyment, proper habits, and foundational skills that set the stage for long-term development.
Futures runs in 8-week cycles during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.
