CLUB COACH- PART TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS

TEAM COACH

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for delivering expert coaching sessions at our Regional and EDS Programs at selected sites throughout the New England Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • The Staff will report directly to the Regional Manager.

  • Aid in the development of players for the assigned team(s) during practices, games, and tournaments through Fall, Winter and Spring seasons.

  • The Club Coach will work with the Regional Director and club members in achieving club and player goals.

  • The Club coach will follow the IFA Methodology.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Leadership skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to lead and educate

  • Effective communication skills

  • Knowledge of google suite

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • UEFA or USSF Licensed Coach

Experience:

  • Coaching: 1-3 year

  • Soccer: 1-3 year

LICENSE:

  • International Equivalent Coach

  • USSF Licensed Coach
