From Greater Lowell to the GA Aspire Showcase

IFA GA Aspire Showcase

As the IFA GA Aspire program features in the inaugural East Regional & Showcase, the event marks an important moment for players across the pathway — particularly within IFA Greater Lowell.

Formerly Abbey Villa Soccer Club, IFA Greater Lowell has quickly become a strong part of the IFA network, developing players from the regional level through to pre-MLS NEXT environments. That impact is reflected this weekend, with four players from the Greater Lowell base selected to compete in the showcase.

Lily DaSilva (2016), Abigail Pajak (2022), Rachel Shapiro (2023), and Emily Towne (2023) each spent significant time developing within programs led by Regional Director Theo Booras, with the IFA pathway serving as their primary club environment.

This stage doesn’t come quickly.

For these four, it’s been built over time in the same environment, under the same standard.

“I’m proud of the girls for representing the Greater Lowell region. I’ve known these players for years, and to see them get the opportunity to compete at this level reflects the work they’ve put in each season.”
