October 2nd, 2025; IFA New England is proud to announce our Girls Academy club representatives who will represent IFA within the league’s Advisory Panel.

Nora McCarron (Natick - U13), Evie Richman (Needham - U14), Avery McMillin (Westwood -U15), Izzy Sullivan (Dracut - U16), Maya Svehlik (Framingham - U17), Catelyn Last (Framingham - U19) will represent their teams respectively whilst Ava Moylan (Winchester) and Talia Parsekian (Weston) will represent the club.

The Girls Academy Advisory Panel is a unique player-led group made up of representatives from every team across all clubs in the league. It serves as an important pathway for players to share their voices and directly contribute to creating positive change within the GA.

"The GA Aspire Player Advisory Panel represents an exciting opportunity to empower our athletes,” said Girls Director Charlotte Phillips. “This initiative gives players a meaningful platform to have their voices heard, influence positive change, and take ownership of their journey within the GA Aspire. It’s also an incredible opportunity for them to grow as leaders, develop communication and collaboration skills, and be active participants in shaping the future of the game,” said Phillips.

The player-centred approach of the Advisory Panel ensures athletes have a voice in shaping the direction of the league whilst fostering opportunities to develop strong female leaders and create a culture of collaboration and leadership.

“I’m really excited to be part of the GA Aspire Player Advisory Panel because it gives us a voice in shaping the future of our league and supporting other players,” said Ava Moylan. “It means a lot to represent IFA and help make our club even stronger.”

Members benefit from opportunities that support their personal growth as individuals and team leaders, providing a foundation for success on and off the field. Through service initiatives the Advisory Panel encourages players to contribute positively to the communities around them.

IFA’s Girls program was selected to join the GA Aspire program for the inaugural season with the U13 and U14 girls currently competing. To learn more about the Girls program please click here.
