IFA New England Alumni Making an Impact at Nation’s Top College Soccer Programs

October 10th, 2025; Respected Soccer publication Top Drawer Soccer released their latest college rankings this week and IFA New England was represented in four of the top five schools: Vermont, Stanford, Virginia, and NC State.

TJ Liquori has featured in nine games for #1 for the number one-ranked University of Vermont. The Westfield native and Worcester Academy graduate tallied his first collegiate goal against Lehigh in a 3-1 win for the Catamounts.

On the West Coast, Will Cleary of Windsor CT, has started all twelve matches for Stanford (10-1-1). The Cardinal are currently on a four-game winning streak after defeating Wake Forest and sit top of the ACC. 

At the University of Virginia Drew Serafino (East Longmeadow, MA) has made five appearances for the Cavaliers (7-1-2) this season, most recently in the 6-3 victory over Wake Forest. 200 miles south in Raleigh, Austin Bush has appeared twice for NC State. The Wolfpack (8-1-2) suffered their first loss against Virginia on Sunday, to move to an 8-1-2 record.

At the Division III level Lorcan Mitchell is starring for the number one ranked Williams College in the prestigious NESCAC division. Mitchell bagged a hat-trick against Husson on October 5th as the Ephs remain undefeated, with a 7-0-3 record.
