Robertson hits Hat-Trick for CC Tigers
October 25th, 2025: IFA New England alumni Ewan Robertson hit a remarkable 21-minute hat-trick for Colorado College in a resounding 10-0 victory for the Tigers against McMurray University on Friday.
Robertson, a graduate of the Rivers School, has enjoyed a remarkable Freshman campaign at the DIII school. The midfielder has now tallied twelve goals and two assists taking him to 26 points for the season. The victory was the Tigers biggest win in 17 years with Robertson scoring the school’s first hat-trick since 2019. The Concord, Mass native was also named SCAC Offensive Player of the Week earlier this season.,
Colorado are currently riding a 15 game unbeaten streak, the second-longest in program history. With the win the moved into sole possession of first place in the SCAC and are now 9-0-6 (6-0-3 SCAC) on the year.

Ewen recently spoke to IFA for our College Newsletter. Reflecting on his choice of Colorado College, Robertson said he chose the school based on the “prestigious academics, high performing DIII athletics, awesome location, and the amazing coaching staff." Discussing his aims for the season and beyond, Robertson said he would like to: “win regular and post season SCAC and make a good NCAA run with the team. Personally, I want to win rookie of the year and get awarded an All American title at some point in my college career."
